Rx: optimise the electrolytes, plan amiodarone and consult EPS.

A 7 days-old infant, weight 2.8 kg after d-TGA repair, intubated, on a ventilator support, and with high inotropes. He has three chest drains, one mediastinal, and two pleural. He became Hypotensive.

Ventricular tacycardia, common after ASO operation due to coronary related ischemia.

Rx: Pulseless – Defibrillator Shock. With Pulse but unstable – Synchronized shock. Stable – Amiodarone/lidocaine infusion
